Elbert Clark Martin

Elbert Clark Martin was born in Beckley, West Virginia on January 26, 1941. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1958 and served in the United States Air Force. Clark died on August 12, 1996 in Daytona Beach, Florida as we are informed by his sister, Helen Martin-Biggs (WWHS-1960). Helen does not believe that an obituary was ever published for her brother.
