Mrs. Mildred Jeanne Gilliam-King
The funeral for Mrs. Mildred J. King, 33, Montgomery Heights, will be held Wednesday, at 1 p.m. in the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel with Air Force Chaplain Major Frank Hartsell officiating.
Burial will be in the Montgomery Memorial Park.
Mrs. King died at 3:45 p.m. Monday, September 16, 1974 in a Montgomery hospital after an illness of several weeks.
She was a member of the Simbach Chapel, Simbach, Germany. Born September 26, 1940 in Kimberly, Mrs. King was a daughter of Russell and Genevieve Swyers Gilliam of Beckley.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband T. Sgt. Donald King, Montgomery Heights; four daughters, Ladawna, Cherly, Karin and Stacy, all at home; a brother, Randy Gilliam, Beckley, and two sisters, Mrs. Connie Peterson, Beckley and Mrs. Karen Callahan, Oak Hill.
Friends may call at the chapel after 5 p.m., today.
