Carol Ann Gardner

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - Carol Ann Gardner, 56, formerly of McAlphin, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 1997 at her home following a long illness.

Born November 24, 1940, at McAlphin. She was the former Carol Ann Fearn.

Mrs. Gardner was a 1958 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Beckley.

Survivors include her husband, Jefferson Gardner; two daughters Tina Day and Kimberly Campfield, both of Fredericksburg, Va.; and three grandchildren, William Day, William Campfield and Kendall Campfield; three sisters, Margaret Jones of Huntington, Bonnie Wickline of Fredericksburg, Va. and Ruth Hunt of Buckhannon; three brothers, Lloyd Fearn of Olmstead, Ohio, Ronald Fearn of Crab Orchard and William Fearn of Raleigh, N.C.

Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Friday at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley with the Rev. Jerry Wickline officiating.
