"Old times there are not forgotten"
At least two score of the Class of 1958 chose a classmate for their life's partner. At least 12 of those marriages endure, more than 45 years past our graduation. Details of these marriages are offered as follows:
Arnold - Connie Kish married George Thelbert Arnold. Connie died October 24, 1994. George lives in West Virginia.
Belcher - Nancy Earle Smith married Larry Belcher. They live in Virginia and were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Broome - Judith Ann Shumate married James Lee Broome on September 4, 1959. They live in Georgia and were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Davis - Elaine Kay Weikle married Richard Harrison Davis. They were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003. Richard died on March 9, 2007. Kay lives in Venice, Florida.
Estrada - Sharon Louise Coleman married John Franklin Estrada, Jr. on August 30, 1958. They live in Tennessee and were one of eight class couples to attend the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Grubb - Barbara Lee Warden married Richard Allen Grubb on April 24, 1959. They live in Virginia and were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Highlander - Ida Mae Canterbury married Richard William Highlander on June 6, 1965. They live in California and were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Jamison - Betty Lenore Suddreth married Melvin Storm Jamison on June 5, 1960. They live in West Virginia and were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Porterfield - Jacquline Harwood Short married Patsy Mike Porterfield on January 5, 1960. They live in Maryland.
Roles - Patricia Ann Patrick married John Griffin Roles on September 23, 1959. They lived in Jumping Branch, West Virginia until John's death on November 15, 2007.
Sayre - Mary Ellen Snuffer married Graham Everett Sayre. They live in Florida.
Stafford - Patricia Ann Maxey married Larry Eugene Stafford on October 23, 1959. They live in Kentucky and were one of eight class couples who attended the 45th Class Reunion in June 2003.
Willis - Lynda Sue Oscar married Larry Lee Willis on November 5, 2005. They live in Virginia.
Wiseman - Phyllis Marie Faykus married Gene Burton Wiseman on December 26, 1958. They live in Virginia.
