Formal invitations and registration information was surface mailed from Beckley on October 20, 2007. If you did not receive this envelope, contact the website. Registration forms are required to be received not later than May 30, 2008 to facilitate food orders, creation of name tags and other function planning. Be certain to include the number of guests you are bringing. Include payment at the rate of $100 per person with your form or letter.
